FAQ
If malfunction occurs, consult this guide before contacting the dealer
-
Check if the control systems are ON. Verify dental chair air supply. Inspect tubing for kinks/compression. Check internal airway for blockage.
-
Verify mirror installation. Check for debris at the mirror edge or air channel. Inspect impeller for deformation. Use an air gun to blow into the mechanism in the direction of rotation (clockwise) to clear invisible micro-debris.
-
Check O-Ring seals. Reseat or replace if worn.
-
Re-check connections. Cut damaged section or replace tubing.
-
Slight leakage in "OFF" position is normal (pressure relief). Replacement is not required unless function is impaired.
-
Minor scratches do not affect functionality. Concentric circular scratches indicate operator error (contact with dental handpiece or rotating bur).
-
If rotation is rough, apply a small amount of approved dental instrument lubricant to the bearing. Caution: Do not over-lubricate.
-
Do not insert the INTRO SET 3-Way syringe connector into the AerisX™ Advanced airflow regulator. This will damage the components.
